Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges
– If you want to return an item, all items returned to us must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached: unused, unworn, altered or washed, etc.
– Please return the package to us via FedEx or USPS or EMS with a tracking number.
– Please note that we do not accept freight collect. If you choose freight collect, we will not arrange a refund for you.
– After receiving the returned product, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.

Refunds
If you do not want the product for your own reasons after placing the order but before the product is shipped. Regardless of which channel you paid through, we will refund you according to the original channel.
– PayPal refund arrival time (generally real-time arrival)
– Credit card payment refund time (generally about 7-20 working days)

Exchange measures
– If any item is lost or damaged due to transportation, please contact customer service and we will resend it or take compensation measures for you.

– Tips: When contacting customer service, remember to provide relevant pictures and videos of the damaged goods so that we can help you solve the problem faster.

Tips
If the color, size, style you received does not match the order or confirmed QC picture, and there are quality problems, please take a photo of the product and send it to us. We will take full responsibility for the quality problem products.
- We are not responsible for any packages detained by customs or lost during transportation when returning.
- You can enjoy the return service, but we will not return or exchange the goods after the specified period.

No return or exchange in this case
- Ordered the wrong product or the wrong size.
- You clicked "OK" to confirm the receipt without carefully checking the product quality inspection pictures.
- Providing the wrong address resulted in a failure to receive the goods.
- After-sales application for subjective belief that the product is defective or of poor quality.
- Goods that have been used, damaged, engraved or altered by a third party.
- Unauthorized, wrongly packaged or improperly insured items.
Cancel order

◉ If you have placed an order and want to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
